These arrows shine with a bright pink light and leave a trail of sparkles as they fly. No one knows why.
When a target has been hit with one of these arrows, the Magic Mouth spell is attached to them. The Magic Mouth will immediately start either singing loud opera, call out “HERE I AM” or hoot like an owl, for one minute. At the discretion of the DM the arrows might also produce another sound that is thematically appropriate, as long as it is still annoying.
A target under this effect is incapable of hiding and sneaking. Should they try, any roll will be treated as a critical failure.
