This pot functions like a bag of holding, following the same rules for item storage.
However, this pot can also be used to cook a soup or a stew. Doing so requires the use of 1 ration per 2 people eating from it. When using the pot to make a meal this way, the person who does so must roll a WIS check. If the person is proficient with Cooks Utensils, they can add their proficiency modifier to the roll.

25+: The meal is out of this world. Anyone eating the meal will have one point of exhaustion removed and gain 1d6+WIS temp hp until their next long rest.
20-24: The meal is delicious. Anyone eating the meal heals 1d6+WIS hp.
15-19: The meal is nice. Anyone eating the meal can assist the creator of the meal with a bonus action until their next long rest.
10-14: The meal is good. Anyone eating the meal finish their day in a good mood.
5-9: The meal is fine. Just fine. Noone eating the meal feels in any particular way about it.
2-4: The meal is bad. Anyone eating the meal is disappointed.
1: The meal is horrid. Anyone eating the meal gains one point of exhaustion and a random item stored in the pot of holding is consumed.
